10k Host Project: This project is owned by 10,000 Host, LLC ('10K Hosts' or '10k Host Project'), a company formed in Wyoming. The 10,000 Host, LLC will incur the expenses and execute the tasks herein.
We are looking for passionate and smart people to participate in a leadership role on the 10k Host Project and eventually leadership with the DAO:
Airbnb Hosts with diverse backgrounds (homeowners, arbitrage, renters, media, property managers, and platform providers).
Community managers who understand NFT technology, social media, and Discord management.
STR support personnel such as lawyers, consultants, and others vested in the vacation rental market.
Our Current Team
Currently, the 10k Host Project team consists of:
STR attorney Enrico Schaefer has been evangelizing the need for hosts to get organized and act collectively to force platforms - primarily Airbnb and VRBO - to be transparent and accountable. Enrico is one of the foremost experts on the Airbnb Terms of Service, AAA arbitration for resolving disputes, operations, and policies. He has more skin in the game than any other attorney in the world when it comes to protecting the interest of Airbnb hosts. Enrico is also a blockchain attorney representing leading blockchain interests and regularly speaks on the need to change how platforms interact with customers in the world of web3. Enrico has been an Airbnb Host since 2015 and operates three vacation home rentals in beautiful northern Michigan.
Reham Alexander has 20 year's experience as an executive for one of the top speaker, event, and consulting agencies specializing in economic growth, inclusivity, and sustainability for communities. Reham handles all the property management required for their three rental properties, prospecting future renal property purchases and interior design. Reham deals with customer support issues with the platforms and guests. Reham's experience in event planning and community issues will help this community grow and move us towards 'in real life' (IRL) events.
