Here are the other benefits and advantages of being an OG Community NFT owner.

• These first 10,000 purchasers of blue cNFTs will receive unique benefits that may not be available to subsequent NFT owners. All NFT projects reward people based on 'when' they purchased. Being an OG often brings unexpected ROI and benefits.

• The pricing of this cNFT (~$100) could be lower than subsequent rounds. We aim to raise the price for each subsequent round of 10,000 cNFTs until we reach 100,000 cNFTs sold.

• You will need to own a cNFT to be able to buy a dNFT, which will provide voting rights. Currently, we expect that there will be 10,000 dNFTs minted and only 10,000 STR hosts who will be able to participate in voting once the DAO is created.

• Airbnb and VRBO need to know that Hots stand together and stand up for each other. The sooner we reach the first 10,000 Community Token sales, the sooner Airbnb will have to account for the fact that Hosts standing together demand a voice and genuine partnership, which was promised.

• Communities need organized solutions to some of the issues created by STRs. Airbnb and VRBO provide no support to hosts on these issues. Many hosts are inexplicably and erroneously shut down. Hosts must start developing positions and providing solutions to local communities concerned about STRs. Hosts are addressing these issues individually. The 10k Host DAO could provide much-needed support and advocacy.

• The 10k Host DAO members will decide the direction and priorities of the community and control the funds raised by NFT sales in the DAO community treasury. The possibilities are endless.
